Cristy’s signature method, Heart Beat Flow, is a dynamic one-hour hybrid yoga/dance class that marries the intentionality of yoga with the joy of dance and movement. Cristy leads a yoga warm up and intelligently sequenced stretches to prepare the body, and then transitions into high-energy movement that is strengthening, memory challenging, and grooving to specifically inspiring music to get the heart rate up and the blood pumping!
The class completes with a relaxation and integration period and finishes with a short meditation to seal one’s intention for an experience of fun and joyful sacred movement in community. Expect to sweat, smile, and dance it out!
NOTE: You can wear tennis shoes for added support, but this class is usually barefoot and on a yoga mat.
