A Letter of inspiration from the Founder, OF SOUND BODY

I created OF SOUND BODY to encompass all the modalities, knowledge, experience, and passion I have for helping people to heal, transform, and celebrate through energy work. OF SOUND BODY is the synthesis of decades of somatic work I have done as a dancer, yogi, and mover. My intention is to embody and share grounded practices for healing.

“A sound mind in a sound body” is the English translation of a famous quotation by the pre-Socratic Greek philosopher, Thales (Miletus, 624-546 BC), expressing the close links between physical exercise, mental equilibrium, and the ability to enjoy life. Inspired by this philosophy, my approach is both practical and spiritual.

I am also a believer that we each have the potential to right ourselves, to find alignment in our bodies and harmony in our surroundings I see my work as a way to help each person discover and unlock the healer within.

I look forward to our journey together!

Love,

Cristy
