THE THIRST PROJECT

In 2017, Cristy had the pleasure of working with The Thirst Project, an organization committed to building clean drinking water wells in Swaziland, Africa for impoverished villages in the area. Along with the work of building the wells, Cristy was able to teach the children dance, yoga, movement and they in turn shared songs and rituals of their culture. A truly remarkable experience connecting through the language of movement and music, Cristy feels deeply fortunate to share and learn in heart-filled charity work that can help and heal communities.

"Life’s persistent and most urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?'"

~Martin Luther King, Jr.

Cristy loves working with schools and other non-profit organizations to bring healing through sound and movement—both universal modes of human understanding and expression of spirit. Cristy’s experience working with people both young and old, from creative and technical backgrounds, and of a variety of professions, informs her ability to reach so many with her message of giving kindness and finding wholeness. What can she do to inspire and raise the vibe with your organization?
